Thanks to Vicky for putting this together. This is a really great flyer. At first I was unsure if I was going to be able to make it, but it looks like I do not have a treatment that day. So, keep your fingers crossed.

Hello Josh, you and your wife are great guys. Please don't loose your faith, your patience and your humour. You need all of them in order to be healthy again. The side effects, and some pain are there to remind you that this part of your life is just a little different - and difficult - than your normal life. I am sure it will not last long.
