What's Up World!

Hello to anyone still stopping by. I know it has been a long time since my last post. I have been really busy with school work and trying to get the process moving again. I am having some success and hopefully will have some major steps completed by the end of December.

I have my CT-scan in early November and I am getting really nervous. I went last week to have my test completed to examine my reproductive system. Seems as though the chemo and radiation (probably more of the latter) have halted my production of sperm. Thank goodness we had some good people encourage us to bank sperm before beginning treatment.

I am still keeping with the diet changes and it is going really well. Kimberly and I have joined something called "Grow Alabama" (www.growalabama.com). We signed up for a weekly delivery of organic vegetables. We have them shipped near our home to a health food store and we pick up every week. Last week we got rattlesnake beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and various colored bell peppers. This week we are getting new potatoes, beans (type unknown), spinach, turnip greens, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Not only do we get delicious organic vegetables, but we support local regional farmers as well. It seems like a neat program and they have other items available as well like eggs, meats, etc.

Take care
Josh
